Meet My New Research Assistant

Meet Tosawan Malabuppha. She is my new research assistant located in Bangkok, Thailand. She is Thai, Deaf, and Mormon. She speaks both Thai and English fluently. She is locating relevant primary source documentation in the Thai language for the 1850s as well as bringing a Thai perspective to English primary source documentation.  We have been working together for about two months now.  She works really hard on the project.  I am very honored to be working with her.

This is amazing. It’s so cool how you can do this because of technology in the 21st Century. It’s going to make a huge difference in the quality and quantity of research.
